What you're picking up from the cosmetic shelf might be harmful to you,especially to your skin. And the sad part? YOU don't know it. Some of us are really not concerned or not even aware of what we put on our face;we focus more on color,adaptability,scent and how much it costs.

As a professional in my field,let me share you bits and pieces of information that could change your point of view in choosing the right make up suited just for you.

I have always been a fan of acronyms and association of things;so memory work is not necessary in this activity that i will call CHINAS.


It is a similar task that we do when we check our food labels when we go to groceries and buy supplies. Thus ,CHINAS is a simple guide in checking labels if you are getting the right products for your make up.
